Poultry Conference
Background
The agri benchmark Poultry Network Conference is being organised by the agri benchmark Network. Founded in 2006, the agri benchmark Network is a global, non-profit network of agricultural economists, advisors, producers and specialists in key sectors of agricultural value chains. The agri benchmark Network is jointly operated by the Thünen Institute of Farm Economics and global networks gUG. To date, it has networks for Beef and Sheep, Cash Crops, Pig, Horticulture and Fish. Due to existing international demand and initiative from the industry, agri benchmark has decided to develop a new network for poultry production. Therefore, it is intended that the conference be used as a platform for the launch of the new poultry network
Objectives of the Conference
The key aim of the conference is to bring together all partners to discuss the organisation of the network, tools and methods used by the agri benchmark Network and trends and emerging issues in the global poultry industry.
